Walking Through Glass: The Podcast is not about breaking through the "glass ceiling" it is about the struggle we face as women on our journey which I’ve coined "walking through glass". We are all on the same journey although we may take different paths. No matter what we must #embracethejourney.

Jill Heiman is an Empowerment Coach and Speaker with a Bachelors in Communications and over 14 years of experience in corporate America.  She harnesses her own life experience from adolescence through early adulthood including her chapter as a collegiate athlete, her journey out of depression and her continued healing after sexual assault.  Jill empowers purpose hungry individuals to experience ultimate freedom with an authentic, divine homecoming of self through overcoming false identity, confused power and masculine driven decision making. Offering permission to be curious, Jill encourages conscious communication and honors the value of intentional connection around sex and other key life decisions.
